We want churches to be healthy and thriving.
We want people to feel they belong.
We want the skills to manage conflict when it comes up.
We want to be able to respond well when we disagree and find a fruitful way forward. But how do we do this?
How do we build and sustain healthy communities?
After this training, participants will have the tools they need to support the implementation of restorative practice in their congregations.
FEE:
Part 1: $400
Part 2: $400
If you only need to register for one section or are eligible for a discount, please contact Danielle Vandenakker to arrange direct payment.
For an effective training we need a minimum of 12 participants for part 1 and for part 2.
Participants will learn the 6 characteristics of healthy church culture, including practical tools to begin using immediately.
Participants learn to navigate polarized conflict and become equipped to facilitate high-end conflict conversations.(Part 1 is a prerequisite for Part 2 training).
