Attachment Therapy

Attachment therapy emphasizes the significance of attachment relationships in shaping a person’s emotional and psychological development. The theory suggests that early interactions between infants and their primary caregivers form the basis for a child’s emotional security, affecting their ability to form healthy relationships later in life. Attachment therapy often involves helping individuals, especially children and families, to develop secure and healthy attachment patterns. This might include focusing on improving communication, emotional regulation, and building positive connections between family members. His approach may also include play-based techniques, as play can be a powerful medium for exploring emotions and relational dynamics.
