Glen believes that vitality and the chance to flourish happens when it’s safe enough to be honest. He considers it a privilege to accompany people through their pain, coping, self-discovery, healing, transformation, and joy.
His areas of care include trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use and addictions, shame, anger, grief, relationships, emotional mindfulness, gender-identity, anti-oppression, and spiritual integration and deconstruction. His clinical stance uses an attachment oriented, trauma-informed framework, which means his work is often emotionally and relationally focused. He is trained in the integration of models including AEDP, EFT, IFS, Family Systems, and Narrative therapy. He works with individuals, couples, and families.
After hours, Glen enjoys time spent with his family, making music, cooking, playing sports, a good cup of tea, and celebrating with friends perhaps more than is socially acceptable.
