This train the trainers program provides participants with DDP informed training that will equip them to deliver the Foundations for Attachments (FA) and the Nurturing Attachments (NA) Group Work program with parents and caregivers parenting children who are living away from their birth parents e.g. foster parents, adoptive parents, residential workers, kinship caregivers, and respite caregivers.
Kim S Golding will be facilitating this training with Betty Brouwer, Director of Attachment Services at Shalem. Kim Golding is a Clinical Psychologist working in Worcestershire, England. Kim provides consultation, supervision and training to practitioners, teams and agencies within the UK and around the world.
This training is limited to 12 participants, register early! It is recommended that participants have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) training
This will be a virtual training, taking place on September 29 & 30, and October 4 & 5, 2022. We will meet from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm EST. The cost for this training is $875 in Canadian Funds (early bird rate) or $925 after July 15.
