All Day

This training will be held online via Zoom.

This is an introductory 28 hour training course facilitated by Betty Brouwer and Michelle Hogeterp on Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Parenting and Practice (DDP), an intervention model developed by Dr. Daniel Hughes, Clinical Psychologist, USA. DDP is based on attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology and is consistent with the needs of children and young people who have experienced developmental trauma.

The training will be held virtually through the platform Zoom. The training will be offered over 5 days, August 24 – 28, 2020 from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.

This training is relevant to professionals and therapists who work with children and young people with trauma-attachment problems and their foster, adoptive or birth families and who want to increase their skill set of attachment focused treatment.

This is phase one of becoming certified as a DDP practitioner.  For more information on certification, visit ddpnetwork.org
