Summer Student Job Opportunities

There are three opportunities for student employment at Shalem!  Please find the details below:

1. RE-create Summer Youth Worker - The successful applicant will assist in facilitating an open arts studio for street-involved and/or at-risk, and/or homeless youth (age 16-24). Duties will include developing and implementing different art projects, and assisting in different administrative details. View the complete posting here.

2. WrapAround Support Student - The successful applicant will assist the Director of WrapAround Services in working with families and individuals with complex needs in the Hamilton community. Duties will include assisting families and WrapAround volunteers with various tasks, and assisting in different administrative details. View the complete posting here.

3. Intake and Administrative Support - The successful applicant will assist the Intake Team at Shalem Counselling Services. The Intake support student will assist with answering phones and emails, and greeting clients in the clinic. They will assist with a variety of administrative duties and projects in the office, including filing and data entry. View the complete posting here.

Seniors WrapAround Facilitator

WrapAround has current positions for Volunteer WrapAround Facilitators to work with Seniors. The purpose of this role is to meet and engage with an assigned senior in the community and team members to support the WrapAround process.
