Join us in Ajax, ON for Learning How to Grow Restorative Churches: a three day classroom training in growing restorative congregations. This training will be on April 27, 28 and May 12, 2018. This training is offered in partnership with the IIRP and the Eastern Canada District, Christian Missionary Alliance Church.
Shalem facilitates Hold Me Tight® weekend workshops. We have two weekends to choose from in each year. The Hold Me Tight® Workshop, developed by Dr. Sue Johnson is a weekend workshop designed for couples around seven conversations based on the new science of love and the wisdom of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT). The Hold Me Tight® is appropriate for couples who:
want to connect more deeply
want to get “unstuck” from their patterns
are in established or new relationships
April 21 – 22, 2018 will be facilitated by Susan Winter Fledderus and Shawn Groen.
The workshop will be held in Hamilton, Ontario.

Come and join us on Friday April 13th for a day of learning focused on Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Dan Hughes’ attachment focused model. Presentations will explore the nuances of running an attachment focused group for parents within the context of biological families, DDP and play therapy and EMDR, a brief overview of DDP and of course an opportunity to practice a PACE (playful, accepting, curious and empathic) attitude.
